The billing cycle for GTTPL is the 1st to 31st. The bills are normally issued by the 20th of the preceding month and should reach you by the 28th.

If the payment is not recd by the 5th the system automatically disconnects the customer anytime between the 5th and the 10th of the month.

If you are a new customer, there will be a fractional bill rasied for the first month to bring you to the billing cycle and the balance amount paid by you will reflect as a credit.

eg: You were activated for a 1 Mbps package @ Rs. 10,000/- per month on the 20th of a particular month and paid in advance.

   Your first bill would be for Rs.10,000/- less 66% discount for the 20 unused days.

   Your second months bill would be for Rs. 10,000/- but nett payable amount column would show only Rs. 3,333/- 

For monthly billing customers, you would get a fractional bill and full month bills for the period, and the fractional amount would show as an extra credit at end of your period.

eg: You were activated for a 1 Mbps package 4 months package on the 20th of a particular month and paid in advance.

   Your bill would be for 1 fractional month and 3 full months and the rest would be a credit to be adjusted against your following invoice at the end of the current period.
